This piece, a scene from a novel I've almost written, called Hit the Floor. the antagonist, Jay, the guy on the left of the picture, wreaks revenge on the hero, Nick, the guy strung up and his female accomplice after his brother is shot and seriously wounded. You can't see it too well, but Jay actually has a gun in his hand, pushed into the base of his enemy's skull as he whispers, enraged, exactly what he's going to do with them both.
My first in depth piece with digital media, done mostly in Photoshop, with some blending done in Painter. Reference was used for the pose and the skin lighting to a degree, but the faces are pretty much made up from scratch. And suggestion for a better background would be muchly appreciated too, its supposed to be indoors, in a bunker-esque hideout.
